This term is defined as a combination of:

CulturalInfrastructure - this has to do with the allowing people to work with knowledge; understand its basic terms (like PopUpKnowledge, CognitiveOverload, DispoSition, The ArithmeticOfLearning, etc.).

ProcessInfrastructure - this has to do with looking at organizational processes in terms of knowledge.

DigitalInfrastructure - this has to do with the technology that helps people manage their knowledge.
