Its In Your People

It's good that you're looking for what you need to know. But you persist in looking in the wrong place.

1. It's not in your Lotus Notes database of historical documents.
2. It's not in your Excel spreadsheet of Story and Task cards.
3. It's not in your cute little graphs of Engineering Time.

It's in your people. Ask them!

No man. Its in your IsoNineThousand Quality process and the written procedures for everything that you do.
