Curly Brackets

ASCII 123 and ASCII 125 (decimal).

Proposed as an alternative way to Wikify Names, to allow for one word WikiNames.

But how would one then use these brackets as brackets? A: Possibly double them up, ie. {{HelloWorld}}.
